Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout

This imperial stout is aged 12 months in bourbon barrels. It is smooth and full-bodied with a complex flavour profile. Rich notes of oak and vanilla from the bourbon are alongside deep notes of roasted chocolate and espresso from the malt. Enjoy it now or continue to let it age in your cellar.
