Foeder & Barrel Reserve
Solera Farmhouse Saison
Our Flagship Foeder Beer
Since the release of Batch #001 in 2017, we’ve set aside a portion of each annual brew from Foeder No. 5. We brew the same recipe in that Foeder yearly, adding the previously cellared portion into the foeder, allowing the beers to introduce themselves into one another, slowly soaking into the French oak, and creating a Solera effect. Each year, in celebration of our brew anniversary, we bottle the blended beer from Foeder No. 5, knowing a part of the original 2017 brew lives on.

Bourbon Barrel Baltic Porter
Barrel Reserve
This Baltic Porter, aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels for 8 months, has bold vanilla and oak flavours accompanied by dried fruit and dark caramel molasses aromas, creating a warm and smooth sipping experience.
Baltic-style Porter is a smooth, cold-fermented and cold-lagered beer brewed with lager yeast. Because of its alcoholic strength, it may include very low to low complex alcohol flavours and/or lager fruitiness, such as berries, grapes and plums. This style has the malt flavors of a brown porter and the roast of a schwarzbier, but is bigger in alcohol and body.
